A-Level Automotive Technician – $35–$45/hr Flat Rate – No Weekends

Location: Centralia, WA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $35 – $45/hr (Flat Rate)
Experience Required: 8+ Years of Professional Shop Experience Required

Position Summary

Promotive is hiring an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician for a growing, customer-focused shop in Centralia, WA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repair services across all major vehicle systems

  • Handle digital vehicle inspections (DVI) and document repairs electronically

  • Complete brake, suspension, drivetrain, and A/C system repairs

  • Collaborate closely with service writers and teammates to ensure smooth workflow

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism in the bay

  • Represent the shop’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience

  • At least 5 years of hands-on diagnostic expertise

  • Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • ASE certifications preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits
