A Level Automotive Technician – Flat Rate + Bonus – No Weekends

Location: Conshohocken, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
Pay Structure: Flat Rate with Production Bonuses (Biweekly Pay)
Earning Potential: $60,000 – $100,000+ annually depending on billed hours

Position Summary

Promotive is hiring an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician for a reputable, long-standing shop in Conshohocken, PA. This is a full-time, flat-rate opportunity with production tiers that reward high efficiency — including top earnings of up to $100K annually for 65+ flagged hours per week. Tool relocation support, paid ASE training, and a steady Monday–Friday schedule make this a strong fit for techs looking for work-life balance without sacrificing pay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models using proper procedures

  • Complete Pennsylvania state inspections and emissions testing (License REQUIRED)

  • Handle general repair work including suspension, steering, brake systems, and maintenance

  • Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot drivability issues

  • Mentor junior techs and help maintain an organized, productive shop environment

  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members

  • Maintain clean, safe, and efficient work habits

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician

  • Valid PA State Inspection & Emissions License REQUIRED

  • ASE certifications preferred (shop pays for training/certs)

  • Solid diagnostic ability and strong attention to follow-through

  • Comfortable working on all makes and models (independent + dealer background welcome)

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Must pass background and drug screen

Compensation & Pay Structure

  • Flat Rate Pay with Tiered Bonuses

  • Hourly Safety Net: $25 – $29/hr (depending on experience) up to 40 hrs

  • Tool relocation assistance available
