Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $30 – $40/hour + Commission (Earning potential up to $100K)

We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Technician (A Level) with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing team in Dekalb, IL. We’re a family-owned and operated shop known for high-quality service, a strong team atmosphere, and a loyal customer base. What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles with accuracy and efficiency

• Perform services such as:

  • Brakes, tires, and alignments

  • Drivetrain and drivability repairs

  • Engine repairs

• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) on every vehicle

• Clearly communicate with both customers and team members

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience (A Level Technician)

• Ability to lift 70–100 lbs

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with customers

• Organized, reliable, and motivated to grow in your career
