Location: Estes Park, CO
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Range: flat rate $35–$48/hr Depending on Experience
Relocation Support: Up to $7,000 to cover moving costs
Earning Potential: Unlimited flagged hours

Position Summary

Promotive is now hiring a highly experienced Master or A-Level Automotive Technician for a top-performing, community-trusted shop in Estes Park, CO — located just minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.
This is a Monday–Friday only role with no weekends, flat-rate pay with bonus incentives, and access to unlimited hours thanks to consistent workflow and an overflow of customer jobs. If you specialize in Domestic or Asian makes — especially Toyota — and have high-level diagnostic skills (including electrical), this is a rare chance to live and work where others vacation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, drivability, and electrical repairs on Domestic and Asian vehicles

  • Complete brake jobs, fluid exchanges, maintenance services, and light repairs (“gravy work”) efficiently

  • Inspect vehicles thoroughly and assist service advisors with accurate estimating

  • Use modern diagnostic tools, scanners, and DVIs

  • Maintain a clean, professional, and safe workspace

  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment — we all pitch in to get the day’s work done

  • Stay current through ongoing training and ASE certifications (fully reimbursed)

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Master or A-Level Technician

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (especially electrical and drivability)

  • Extensive experience with Domestic and Asian makes (Toyota preferred)

  • Experience with light diesel or European vehicles is a plus, not required

  • ASE certifications strongly preferred — shop pays for all ASEs and renewals

  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs independently

  • Clean, organized, and driven to turn hours and perform at a high level

  • Must be willing to relocate to the Estes Park area — relocation assistance available

Compensation & Benefits

  • Flat rate pay: $35–$48/hour

  • Bonus: Paid at 120% of ALLDATA book times on repairs
