Location: Eugene, OR
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Weekends off!)
Pay Range: $40–$50/hr flat rate – easily make over $100K!

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on all makes and models

  • Specialize in drivetrain and electrical systems

  • Complete high-quality brake, suspension, and general mechanical work

  • Use scan tools and diagnostic software with precision

  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and teammates

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Assist and mentor junior techs when needed

  • Deliver consistent, professional service that exceeds customer expectations

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on automotive experience

  • 5+ years focused on electrical and drivetrain diagnostics

  • Advanced diagnostic capabilities

  • ASE Certifications preferred

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and a true team player

  • Valid driver’s license with clean record

Compensation & Benefits

  • Flat rate pay: $40–$45/hr depending on experience
