We are actively hiring an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician for a busy shop in Kyle, TX. This role is ideal for a proven producer who wants strong earning potential, minimal admin tasks, and a true work/life balance.

Compensation

  • $35–$45 flat rate (based on productivity)

  • Guaranteed $750 per week 

  • Productivity pay on top of guarantee

Shop Needs / Role Expectations

  • Shop is hiring an A-Level Tech

  • 5+ years automotive repair experience

  • Heavy diagnostic work

  • Techs will NOT be responsible for:

    • Ordering parts

    • Writing estimates

  • DVIs are required

  • Tekmetric knowledge is a plus

  • Work is start-to-finish

  • Flat-rate position

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of production

  • Able to consistently flag hours

  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills

  • Professional, organized, and dependable

  • Good communication skills

  • Valid, clean driver’s license

  • Ability to work on all makes and models

  • ASE certifications are a plus
