Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:30pm & Friday 8:00am–12:00pm

A well-established, family-owned automotive repair shop in Madison Heights is looking for a skilled and motivated A-Level Technician to join a growing team. This isn’t your typical shop. Ideal Qualifications:

• Currently working in the automotive repair industry

• 5+ years of experience preferred (flexible for the right fit)

• Strong diagnostic abilities (ASE certifications a plus, not required)

• State Inspection License preferred

• Able to mentor and support fellow techs

• Willing to learn and adapt

• Knowledge of module programming is a major bonus

Compensation:

The shop offers a hybrid pay structure that rewards productivity:

• $20–$25/hour base rate (Depending on Experience)

• Additional $20 for every hour turned

This setup allows experienced techs to earn well above industry average.
