Schedule: Monday to Friday only
Pay Range: $30.00 – $40.00/hr (Hourly + Weekly Bonuses)
Earning Potential: Up to $100,000+ annually

Position Summary

Promotive is hiring an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician for a high-performing, family-owned shop in Moses Lake, WA. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role — no weekends ever — with top-tier pay, weekly profit-sharing bonuses, full health benefits, and a team culture that actually respects your time and talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair all makes and models using advanced tools and techniques

  • Perform suspension, steering, brake, and engine repairs

  • Handle Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and communicate findings clearly

  • Use OEM and aftermarket diagnostic equipment

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

  • Collaborate with service advisors and fellow techs to deliver quality work on time

  • Participate in ongoing daily technician training

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as an automotive technician – bring your skills and experience! (this is not an entry level position)

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills — not just a parts swapper

  • Confident working on a wide range of domestic and import vehicles

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • ASE certifications are a plus (bonuses available for passing new ones!)

  • Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated by pride in your work

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Pay: $30.00 – $40.00/hr

  • Profit Sharing Bonuses: Avg. $3.50/hr — paid weekly — no cap

  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
