An elite auto repair shop in Saint Charles, MO, is on the hunt for a top-tier, A-Level Diagnostic Technician who not only knows their way around all makes and models but also has the leadership chops to guide a team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned pro with 6+ years of experience, a deep well of diagnostic knowledge (electric powertrains included), and the ability to lead and mentor fellow techs. They’ll be the go-to expert for tricky repairs, set the bar for excellence, and help maintain the shop’s rock-solid reputation. If they’re a team player with a positive, ethical attitude and a knack for problem-solving, they’ll fit right in!

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience (because we need A LEVEL!)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no speed demons)
• Extensive diagnostic expertise (electric powertrains a must)
• Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Team-oriented mindset with top-notch communication skills
• ASE certifications preferred (because extra credentials never hurt)
