Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair all makes and models (approximately 30% European vehicles)
  • Perform general maintenance and repair work
  • Complete digital vehicle inspections
  • Work collaboratively with technicians and service advisors
  • Follow structured shop systems and processes

Requirements

  • A-Level or strong B-Level technician experience
  • Strong diagnostic ability
  • Team-first mindset (no ego or individual-only work style)
  • Willingness to both diagnose and complete repairs
  • Open to structured systems and accountability

Compensation

  • Flat rate: $35–$60/hour
  • High earning potential based on consistency and efficiency
