What You’ll Be Doing

  • Diagnose and repair a mix of Asian and domestic vehicles

  • Handle advanced electrical and drivability issues

  • Keep your workspace clean and organized

  • Communicate clearly with your team and the service advisor

  • Hit consistent production goals (targeting 45–50 flagged hours/week)

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of hands-on automotive experience

  • Strong diagnostic and drivability skills

  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

  • Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time

  • Open to techs with great work ethic and a growth mindset

Pay & Benefits

  • $35–$45 per hour flat rate, depending on experience
