A / B-Level Automotive Technician – $25-$40/hr Flat Rate – No Weekends

Location: Landisburg, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $25-$40 per hour (Flat Rate after training period) – Depending on Experience
Experience Required: 3+ years

Position Summary

Promotive is hiring an experienced A Level or strong B Level Automotive Technician for a well-established shop in Landisburg, PA that’s been serving the community since 1980. This is a Monday-Friday role with steady work, modern equipment, and a team that values doing things the right way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, teardown, and reassembly on all makes and models

  • Complete inspections and accurately recommend necessary repairs

  • Work closely with service advisors to communicate findings clearly

  • Handle maintenance and mechanical repairs with efficiency and precision

  • Utilize modern scan tools and alignment equipment for accurate diagnostics

  • Maintain a professional, organized workspace

  • Deliver high-quality work that builds customer trust (and repeat business)

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience

  • A-Level: Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities

  • B-Level: Able to complete most repairs independently

  • ASE certifications preferred (and supported)

  • State Inspection License preferred (shop will help you obtain it)

  • Motivated, reliable, and team-oriented

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

  • Training period (first 30 days):

    • $15/hr clocked + $15/hr turned (hybrid structure)

  • After training (flat rate):

    • A-Level: $30-$40/hr

    • B-Level: $25-$32/hr

  • Weekly pay (because consistency matters)
