Job Description
Family owned and operated since 2011, is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician A or B Level in Des Moines, IA. We focus on quality over quantity and have a system that produces an average of 3.5hrs per ticket. Our technicians stay busy without the stress of working on excessive amounts of cars in a day. We focus on a positive culture and working as a team. We are looking for Experienced Automotive Technicians, who can jump right into a professional and very busy repair shop. To keep up with our customers’ demands we have an immediate need for your skills. If you are self-motivated and have attention to detail while taking pride in your work. We want you! Our pay system is straight forward. We understand what it’s like to be a Tech, because we are Techs. You will have a base salary, plus a straight commission on your labor combined on top of the salary. No tiers and no limits. There is an end of year bonus based on your total commission for the year. Monday-Friday 8-5pm We do not work weekends. That is your time. We work on Import, Domestic, and European vehicles. Diagnostic skills are a must, because we strive to be the best and we need to hire the best. We have a clean, top notch facility along with computers in every bay, multiple repair programs for you to utilize. We want you to succeed with us and be a TEAM MEMBER!
What they are looking for:
- 4-5+ Years of Experience Required (A Level)
- 2+ Years of Experience Required (B Level)
- ASE Certifications Preferred, not required
- 3+ Years of Electrical / Drivability Diagnostic Experience Required (A Level)
- Ability to complete repairs at labor guide times or less
- Ability to turn 40+ hours per week

- A Tech $26.50 – $48.00 Hourly Based on Experience
- B Tech $21.50 – $25.00 Hourly Based on Experience
- 40 Hours Guaranteed
