Automotive Technician – A & B Level

Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Earning Potential: $62K – $95K based on Experience

Position Overview

We are a locally owned, well-established shop in Lenoir, TN, seeking two skilled Automotive Technicians — A-Level or B-Level — to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work in a team-focused environment that values professional growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• A-Level Technician:

  • Advanced diagnostics and drivability issues

  • Troubleshooting complex mechanical/electrical systems

• B-Level Technician:

  • General repairs and preventative maintenance

  • Oil changes, brakes, suspension, and related services

• All Techs:

  • Write your own estimates

  • Maintain a professional and organized work environment

  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members

  • Maintain high-quality standards and productivity

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience preferred

• ASE certifications a plus (reimbursement provided)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong communicator and team player

• Professional and organized work ethic

• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license

Pay Structure – Flat Rate

• B-Level Tech

  • $30/hour base

  • Earning Potential: Up to $75K

     

• A-Level Tech

  • $40/hour base

  • Earning Potential: Up to $95K

     

We will pay to relocate your toolbox to our shop.
