Ready to work somewhere that actually feels good to show up to every day? We’re an established, veteran-owned auto shop in Morgan Hill, and we’re on the hunt for an A or B+ Level Technician who knows their stuff and wants to be part of a team that’s more like a second family.

Our shop has been a local favorite for years—we take pride in great service, honest work, and treating people right (customers and coworkers). No micromanaging, no weird shop politics. Just solid people doing great work—and having a few laughs while we’re at it.

Here’s the kind of rockstar we’re looking for:

• You’ve got 5+ years wrenching under your belt

• You know your way around diagnostics, brakes, suspension, timing, engines—you name it

• You’ve worked on all kinds of vehicles (bonus if you’ve dealt with diesel)

• You’re a team player with a strong work ethic (and minimal ego)

• You’ve got your own tools and a valid driver’s license

• You’re self-motivated and cool to work with

• You’re always looking to learn more and level up your skills

What’s in it for you?

• $35 – $45/hr depending on your experience

• Flexible schedule: You pick—either a Saturday rotation or Sunday/Monday off
