Automotive Technician (A or B Level)

Compensation: $60,000 – $85,000+ annually (based on productivity and experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician (A or B Level) with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Palmer, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate is a professional, self-motivated individual with strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to quality and efficiency. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance and repair services, completing digital vehicle inspections (DVIs), and writing accurate estimates.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and repair work efficiently and accurately.

• Conduct DVIs and prepare detailed estimates.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

• Collaborate with service advisors and other team members.

• Stay current with ongoing training and new technologies.

• Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive experience.

• Proven track record (must provide recent paystubs).

• Experience with diagnostics and estimate writing.

• Professional, organized, and team-oriented.

• Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning.

• Self-starter with drive to succeed.

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $30–$50/hour (based on experience and productivity).

• Annual Pay Range: Approximately $60,000 – $85,000+
