Automotive Technician (A or Strong B Tech)

Location: Williamsville, NY
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 6:00 PM (That’s right—3-day weekends, every week!)
Pay: $20–$32/hr + killer bonuses
Start Date: As soon as you’re ready

The shops are all within 5 miles of each other, fully loaded with lifts, alignment racks, and plenty of vehicles to keep your day flying by.

The Job

The team is on the hunt for an A-Level Tech or a seriously solid B-Level Tech to join their Williamsville location. It’s a full-service AC shop with a steady stream of cars (no downtime here), tons of opportunity to learn and grow, and—if you’re the right fit—a team that’ll feel more like family.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Diagnosing and repairing all kinds of makes (Japanese, domestic, and some euro spice too)

  • AC work, evac testing, electrical, PCMs—bring the brains and the brawn

  • Crushing production goals while keeping quality top notch

  • Teaming up for regular meetings, ongoing training, and occasional meat-smoking competitions

What You Need

  • A valid driver’s license (please don’t crash the loaner car)

  • NY State Inspection License

  • At least 18 years old

  • 4+ ASE certifications preferred – or a plan to get there

  • The hunger to earn Master Tech status (they’ll help you get there)

  • A good attitude and a sense of humor (both highly encouraged)

  • $20–$32/hour flat rate based on your skill level

  • Hybrid pay model: Base hourly + bonuses for over 30 billable hours

  • Top techs make over $100K/year

  • $25/hour bonus for every hour over 30

  • $200 bonus per ASE

  • Extra $1/hour for 4 ASEs, $2/hour for 8, and a massive $4/hour bump for L1 or L2
