Automotive Technician – A-Level (5-7+ Years Experience)

Earning Potential: $100K – $140K

Hourly Rate: $40 – $50 Per Hour (Flat Rate Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (No weekends—because family time is a must!)

If you’re an expert in diagnosing and repairing all makes and models, have a passion for electric powertrains, and can build lasting trust with customers, they want to hear from you.

As an A-Level Technician, you’ll be a key player in making sure each vehicle gets the best care. You’ll use your expertise to diagnose issues with precision, deliver excellent service, and make sure every customer leaves with a smile. The shop is all about teamwork, quality, and doing the job right—every time.

Technician Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience (you know your stuff!)
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (we need you on the road too!)
• Deep diagnostic knowledge—if it’s broken, you can fix it
• Experience with electric powertrains (it’s a must!)
• Expertise with all makes and models
• DVI (Digital Vehicle Inspection) experience is a plus
• A positive, ethical attitude—good vibes only!
• ASE certifications are preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
