Job Description
Welcome to a fast-paced, fun-filled shop with a little bit of everything! With a domestic vehicle focus, some Asian models, and a dash of Euro cars, we handle it all. You’ll find a fully equipped shop with 14 lifts, two alignment racks / machines, and truck lifts, perfect for getting the job done.
Technology-wise, we’re not stuck in the past. We’ve got all the tools: Autel, Launch, AutoLeap for DVI, and our SMS system. Oh, and we average 100 cars per week, so you’ll stay busy—good weeks hitting 220-250 hours, and that means big potential for a tech like you!
What We’re Looking For: We’re on the hunt for a solid B-level tech with at least 5+ years of experience under their belt. If you can work independently and repair vehicles with minimal supervision, you’re our kind of tech! We need someone who’s comfortable reading wiring diagrams—but if you’re not quite there yet, don’t worry, we’ll teach you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Jump in and work on a variety of vehicles from domestic, Asian, and even a sprinkle of Euro.
- Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance with an eye for precision and quality.
- Keep up with the car count— PLENTY of cars need fixing!
- Work with a skilled crew where team spirit is a must.
- Follow the shop’s safety standards and work efficiently to meet weekly targets.
Pay Plan:
- Hourly Base:Â $25 per hour for the first 40 hours.
- Flat Rate: If you turn 40+ hours in a week, you get $35 per flat rate hour. If you work under 40 hours, you still earn $25/hour. We pay whichever is higher each week, so no worries about those slow days!
