Who We’re Looking For

What You’ll Get

Pay:

  • Flat rate between $35–$40/hour to start (depending on experience)

  • Hybrid Pay Plan – Turn more hours, make upwards of an additional $10.00 per hour

Benefits (after 90 days):

The Shop Vibe

This is a Euro-dominant shop (90% of our cars) with 8 bays, a Hunter alignment rack, and all the diagnostic toys you wish your last shop had.
Scan tools? We’ve got ’em: Topdon Smart, Autel, Bosch J BOX, ROSS TECH, PWIS 3, ISTA, ODIS—you name it, we probably use it.
Yes, the shop has A/C. Yes, the shop has heat. Yes, that matters in Charleston.

Who You Are

  • A true Euro tech (Audi, BMW, Porsche, Benz, all of it—not just one brand)

  • 4–7+ years deep in diagnostics and repairs

This shop is high volume (230–260 cars/week) with a killer ARO. You’ll never be bored, and there’s plenty of work to go around.
