Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles

  • Conduct basic diagnostics and inspections

  • Complete DVIs (Digital Vehicle Inspections)

  • Collaborate with service advisors and other team members

  • Maintain a clean, professional, and organized work area

  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of hands-on automotive experience

  • Basic diagnostic ability

  • Experience with DVI systems

  • ASE certifications (preferred but not required)

  • Valid and clean driver’s license

  • Own tools (specialty tools provided)

  • Positive attitude and a team player mentality

  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

  • Willingness to continue training and growing professionally

Compensation:

  • Flat Rate: $25 to $35 per hour

  • Annual Earning Potential: $52,000 – $75,000+ based on productivity
