Location: Harrisburg, PA
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (3-Day Weekends!)
Pay Range: $20 – $25/hr + tiered production bonuses
Expected Earnings: Up to $100,000 annually for top-performing techs
Pay Structure: Hourly + production bonus

Promotive is now hiring an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician for a high-reputation, award-winning independent repair shop in Harrisburg, PA. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on domestic, Asian, and some European vehicles

  • Handle brake, suspension, and steering repairs with confidence

  • Use modern scan tools (Autel, Snap-On) and DVIs through Tekmetric

  • Collaborate with advisors and apprentices to ensure quality work and workflow efficiency

  • Train and mentor junior techs and part-time apprentices

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Uphold high standards of workmanship, customer service, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician (B-Level preferred)

  • Basic diagnostic skills and the ability to complete most repairs independently

  • PA State Inspection License or willingness to obtain shortly after hire

  • ASE certifications preferred or a willingness to obtain them (shop pays for certs)

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset — you lead by example

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Compensation & Bonus Plan

  • Base hourly rate: $20–$25/hr
