What the Shop Is Looking For

  • 5+ years of automotive repair experience

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • ASE certifications a plus (technicians will be expected to obtain them)

  • Open to dealership technicians

  • Ability to work on a wide variety of vehicles

  • Experience helping build estimates

  • Strong communication skills

  • Tekmetric experience a plus

  • DVI experience a plus (training provided)

  • Some diagnostic experience required

  • Desire to continue learning and growing professionally

  • Clean and Valid Driver’s License
