The Role

The shop is hiring a B-Level Technician or a motivated C-Level Technician ready to grow. Work includes a mix of maintenance, diagnostics, and light-to-moderate repairs—mostly on European vehicles, with some Japanese models.

What You’ll Do

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work

• Communicate clearly with service staff and team members

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace

• Participate in ongoing training and development

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of professional technician experience (dealership or independent)

• Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Basic tools and a willingness to keep learning

• Positive, team-focused attitude

Compensation & Benefits

B-Level Technician:

• $48/hour hybrid pay

• Estimated annual earnings:

• ~$104,208 if bonuses achieved 90% of weeks

C-Level Technician:

• $41/hour hybrid pay

• Estimated annual earnings:

• ~$89,960 if bonuses achieved 90% of weeks
