Automotive Technician – B Level

Location: Racine, WI
Experience: 3+ Years Required
Schedule: Monday – Friday (No Weekends!)
Pay: $28–$38/hour (Based on Experience) — Paid Weekly

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated B-Level Tech with at least 3 years of experience to join our friendly and hardworking team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair both domestic and European vehicles

• Use advanced scan tools like Autel, Snap-On, and Zeus

• Run cooling system pressure tests, block tests, and leak detection procedures

• Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) using Tekmetric

• Collaborate with teammates to ensure top-tier service

• Communicate with customers to create an educational, pressure-free experience

• Stay at the forefront of diagnostic technology in a modern, progressive shop

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician

• Experience with diagnostics and scan tools

• ASE certification preferred (but not required — we’ll help you earn it!)

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Dealer techs looking to move into independent repair are welcome

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
