What the Team Wants:

• A B-Level Technician with at least 3 years of experience
• Solid diagnostic skills (including some electrical and drivability troubleshooting)
• Experience with brakes, suspensions, alignments, and other key repairs (no oversight needed)
• Some solid computer skills
• Stellar communication — you’ve gotta be able to talk shop!
• ASE Certifications are a plus, if you do not have them yet, you must be willing to get certs
• A growth mindset — someone who’s always ready to learn and improve
• A positive attitude and love for team collaboration
• Valid driver’s license and good work ethics
