We are a family-owned, clean, and highly organized shop looking for a high-level Automotive Transmission Technician to join our team. If you’re experienced, dependable, and take pride in your work, we want to talk to you.

Approximately 90% of our work is transmission-related, so strong transmission experience is required.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional automotive experience

  • Strong transmission knowledge (R&R technician – not a builder role)

  • Heavy line or dealership experience welcome

  • Diagnostic skills are a plus

  • Proven track record of performance

  • Comfortable performing DVI (Digital Vehicle Inspections)

  • Team player who contributes to shop culture

  • Willing to follow policies and procedures

  • Valid, clean driver’s license

  • Must pass drug test (no marijuana)

  • Punctual and dependable

Compensation

  • Flat Rate: $30–$35/hr

  • Up to $40/hr for exceptional technicians

  • Paid weekly
