Automotive Technician – A Level

Location: Simi Valley, CA
Pay: $25–$45/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Specialization: German Automotive Experience Required

A highly respected German automotive shop in Simi Valley, CA is expanding and looking for an A-Level Automotive Technician with German vehicle experience to join the team.

This is a well-managed, established shop offering a fantastic team culture, ongoing training, and a Monday–Friday work schedule—no weekends!

Requirements

  • A-Level Technician

  • Experience working on German vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, etc.)

  • Strong diagnostic abilities

  • Comfortable with heavy diagnostics and vehicle repair

  • Tekmetric and Autel experience a plus

  • Familiarity with BMW dealership diagnostic systems

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Clean background check & proven work record

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve automotive issues accurately and efficiently

  • Perform heavy diagnostic work and full-spectrum repairs

  • Think and act with a customer-service mindset

  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and documentation (using DVI)

  • Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive shop environment

  • Commit to ongoing training and development
