· A Level: $90,000–$110,000 ($45 to $53 per hour)

What We’re Looking For

Experience Requirements:

· B Level: 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience

· A Level: 5+ years of experience with strong diagnostic capabilities

· Must have Michigan State Mechanical License

· Valid and Clean Driving Record

Additional Qualifications:

· ASE certifications are a plus (support available for continued certification)

· Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

· Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team

· Willing to mentor or assist other technicians as needed

· Strong Computer Skills

· Able to write up parts needs
