Now, they’re on the hunt for an Automotive Technician at the A or Master level to jump in, roll up their sleeves, and join the legacy.

What the Role Looks Like

This technician isn’t just spinning wrenches—they’re diagnosing, problem-solving, and keeping vehicles running safely and smoothly. They’ll tackle a mix of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks on everything from sedans to SUVs. Digital inspections? Of course. Working alongside service advisors and management? Absolutely. This is a team effort.

Here’s the Day-to-Day

• Perform full digital vehicle inspections like a pro

• Diagnose and repair brake systems, steering, HVAC, engine cooling, and drivability issues

• Handle routine services—think coolant, brake, power steering, and transmission flushes

• Conduct state safety and emissions inspections

• Keep wheels straight with alignments and rotate tires with style

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• Use shop software to document every task with precision

• Communicate like a champ with advisors and leadership to keep things flowing

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of wrench-turning, diagnostic-exploring, repair-executing experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• State Vehicle Inspector License (Safety and Emissions) – required

• ASE Refrigerant Recovery Certification – required

• ASE certifications – preferred (but the shop will help cover the cost if you’re still working on them)

• Exceptional skills with scan tools and shop equipment

• A sharp mind for diagnostics and electrical systems

• A good attitude, a team-first mindset, and a drive to learn and grow

• Being strong in both diagnostics and repairs (they like a 50/50 split)

• A passion for all things automotive

Physical Know-How

• Can lift up to 75 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally

• Comfortable being on your feet for long stretches

• No problem bending, squatting, and using power tools all day long

• $50K+ base salary, plus a production bonus plan that can take earnings past $110K
