We are a family-owned, independent automotive repair shop in Plano looking for a high-level Diagnostic Technician who enjoys solving complex problems and working with a strong team. Our shop is consistently busy, well-equipped, and focused on quality repairs.

Pay

• $1,150 – $1,300 weekly base guarantee

• Productivity bonus

• Up to $130,000+ earning potential

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced electrical and mechanical diagnostics

• Troubleshoot complex drivability concerns

• Use lab scopes and OE-level scan tools

• Perform extended test drives and repair validation

• Mentor and support other technicians

• Work closely with service advisors to solve difficult cases

Requirements

• A-Level diagnostic experience

• Strong electrical and drivability troubleshooting skills

• Experience using lab scopes and advanced scan tools

• Ability to work independently and solve complex issues

• Team-oriented mindset
