A/Master Level Automotive Technician — Portland, OR

Overview

We are seeking an experienced A/Master Level Technician to join our team in the Portland, OR market. This position offers a flexible schedule, a team-oriented environment, and an earning potential of $80,000+ annually, based on productivity.

Compensation

  • Pay Structure: Flat rate, hourly, or salary (flexible)

  • Rate: $25–$35 per hour or equivalent flat rate

  • Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

  • Schedule: 40-hour work week, flexible scheduling available

Responsibilities

  • Perform heavy diagnostics, drivability, and electrical repairs

  • Complete vehicle repairs from start to finish with high quality

  • Conduct Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Bolt On software

  • Read and interpret manufacturer manuals and technical documents

  • Maintain a professional, organized, and positive work environment

  • Work efficiently across multiple bays

  • Manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician

  • Strong diagnostic and electrical skills

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • ASE certifications preferred (bonus provided for passing ASE tests)

  • Proven track record of quality work and reliability

  • Must be able to work 5 days per week

  • Self-starter with a professional demeanor and strong work ethic
