B-Level Automotive Technician

What You’ll Be Doing

Our shop services approximately 80–100 vehicles per week, keeping a steady and consistent workflow.

You should be confident in:

  • Alignments

  • Suspension work

  • Brake systems

  • Tire services

  • General maintenance & light diagnostics

Experience: Minimum 3+ years required
VA State Inspection License: Preferred (not required)

Compensation

We offer a hybrid pay structure (hourly + flat rate) designed to reward productivity while maintaining income stability.

  • $50,000–$70,000 annually, depending on experience and performance
