We’re looking for a true A-Level Diagnostic Technician who thrives on solving complex electrical and drivability issues—not just replacing parts. This is a high-level diagnostic role focused on heavy electrical and advanced troubleshooting.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Heavy diagnostics and advanced electrical troubleshooting

  • Minimal parts changing – strong focus on accurate diagnosis

  • Using OE scan tools and advanced diagnostic equipment- Preferred but not required

  • Utilizing Tekmetric to build and document jobs

  • Researching complex vehicle issues and repair strategies

  • Working with modern vehicle systems, including EVs (plus)

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of automotive experience

  • 5+ years of diagnostic experience

  • Strong heavy electrical diagnostic skills

  • Proficient with lab scopes (avid scope user preferred)

  • Experience with OE diagnostic scan tools

  • EV diagnostic experience is a plus

  • Strong research and problem-solving skills

  • Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Pay Structure

  • Hybrid pay scale

  • $40–$58 per hour

  • Annual earning potential: $80K–$120K+
