About the Role

We’re hiring Automotive Technicians with 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in independent automotive repair shops. In this role, you’ll perform high-quality repairs, accurately diagnose issues, and contribute to a productive, efficient shop environment that values craftsmanship and accountability.

Position Details

  • Full-Time | In-Person

  • Six Days Per Week (Based on Workload)

  • Scheduling coordinated with your Shop Manager

  • Saturdays may be required based on workload

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Accurately diagnose vehicle issues and perform repairs efficiently

  • Complete routine maintenance: oil changes, brakes, tires, suspension, and engine repairs

  • Clearly communicate diagnostic findings to Service Advisors

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

  • Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and safety regulations

  • Stay current with training, tools, and certifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician in an independent shop

  • ASE certifications preferred, but not required

  • Strong diagnostic skills and solid repair knowledge

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to continuous improvement

  • Experience using modern diagnostic tools and shop software

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
