A & B Level Automotive Technicians

Location: Washington, IA
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Schedule: Weekly

Compensation:

• A Level Techs: $35–$40/hour (Based on Experience)

  • Earning Potential: Up to $83,000/year

• B Level Techs: $28–$33/hour (Based on Experience)

  • Earning Potential: Up to $68,000/year

Requirements:

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

  • A Level: Must have heavy diagnostic experience

  • B Level: Some diagnostic experience required

• Willingness to grow professionally

• Diesel experience a plus

• ASE Certifications are a plus (ASE reimbursement available)

• Experience using Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) software

• Strong computer skills

• Team Player

• Valid and clean driver’s license

• Must pass background check (drug screening possible)

• Proven track record of professionalism, organization, and independence

• Positive attitude and self-starter mindset

• Will work on a variety of vehicles (no single make/model specialization)

• Candidates from both independent shops and dealerships welcome
