Location: Tucker, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $40–$60/hr (Flat Rate, Depending on Experience)
Earning Potential: $120K+ annually
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly

Position Summary

Promotive is hiring experienced A Level European Automotive Technicians for a well-established, family-owned repair shop in Tucker, GA! This is a high-impact diagnostic role working primarily on European vehicles, offering strong earning potential, consistent weekday hours, and a supportive, team-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics on European vehicles (electrical, ADAS, powertrain systems)
  • Diagnose and repair complex drivability and performance issues
  • Complete brake, suspension, alignment, and general repair work
  • Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical service information
  • Utilize modern diagnostic tools and DVI systems (Tekmetric)
  • Communicate findings clearly with service team and, when needed, customers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
  • Stay current with evolving automotive technologies and repair techniques

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician (European experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (A Level or Master Tech mindset)
  • Experience with electrical systems, drivability, and advanced vehicle systems
  • ASE certifications preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a flat-rate environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening

Compensation & Benefits

  • Flat rate pay: $40–$60/hr depending on experience
