Compensation
- $35-$42 per hour, based on experience
- $1,300-$1,500 per week during probationary period
- Up to $96,000+ annual earning potential

What You’ll Do
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and basic diagnostics
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
- Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Communicate findings clearly with advisors and team members
- Continue developing technical and diagnostic skills
- Contribute positively to the team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced B-Level Automotive Technician
- Basic diagnostic ability
- DVI experience required
- Tekmetric experience is a plus
- Technology-driven and comfortable with shop software
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven track record of quality work
- Strong communication skills
- Team player who is coachable and willing to learn
- Able to accept constructive feedback
- Drama-free attitude
