Who We’re Looking For

C-Level Technician

  • Brakes, suspension, steering, maintenance, light engine repair
  • Expected production: 30–40 hours/week

B-Level Technician

  • Everything above
  • Strong diagnostics, engine performance, cooling systems, moderate electrical
  • Expected production: 35–45 hours/week

A-Level Technician

  • Advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, timing chains & belts, major engine repair
  • Full-spectrum mechanical ability
  • Expected production: 40–50+ hours/week

Candidate Requirements

  • Able to work on all makes and models
  • Willingness to grow and continue with training
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • ASE certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Professional automotive repair experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Own tools
  • Valid Driver’s License
