What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and guide them through the repair process
- Build trust through honest recommendations and clear communication
- Create estimates and explain repairs in customer-friendly language
- Coordinate workflow between technicians, customers, and parts vendors
- Follow up with customers and help deliver a top-tier service experience
- Help keep daily shop operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and dependable under pressure
- Positive attitude and team mentality
- Someone who takes pride in delivering a great customer experience
