Heavy Duty Diesel Technician

Location: Great Falls, MT
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay: $70K–$90K+ annually
Compensation Model: Guaranteed Base Salary PLUS Production Incentives
Experience Required: 5+ Years HD Diesel Repair | 3+ Years HD Diesel Diagnostics

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Technician to join a high-performing team in Great Falls, MT. This role is ideal for a tech with deep hands-on experience in diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on diesel engines and semi-trucks.

You’ll be responsible for inspections, testing, identifying concerns, and performing precise, efficient repairs. If you thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment, this is a perfect opportunity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of diesel repair experience

• 3+ years of diesel diagnostics experience

• Expertise in:

  • Diesel engines

  • Suspension and steering systems

  • Brake systems (disc and drum)

  • Air systems and hydraulics

• Ability to diagnose issues audibly, visually, or using diagnostic software

• Ability to maintain accurate service records

• Valid driver’s license required (CDL preferred)

• Experience with Peterbilt, Freightliner, Mack, International, Kenworth, Volvo, Paccar

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• On-call availability one week/month (24/7)
