The Role
This position calls for a Master-level Automotive Technician with the skill and leadership to handle advanced diagnostics, oversee workflow, and set the pace in a small but high-performing shop environment. The right candidate will step into a role with consistent volume, modern tools, and a team that values honesty and collaboration.
Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models, including hybrids and diesels

Lead by example with technical knowledge, work ethic, and professionalism

Collaborate with service advisors, teammates, and management to ensure excellent customer service

Maintain accuracy and efficiency while contributing to a positive team culture

Mentor other technicians as needed
Qualifications
-
5+ years of professional automotive experience preferred

ASE certification highly valued (but not required)

Strong diagnostic and leadership skills

Team-oriented with a positive, honest, and dependable approach

Valid driver’s license (clean driving record required)
