The Role

This position calls for a Master-level Automotive Technician with the skill and leadership to handle advanced diagnostics, oversee workflow, and set the pace in a small but high-performing shop environment. The right candidate will step into a role with consistent volume, modern tools, and a team that values honesty and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models, including hybrids and diesels

  • Lead by example with technical knowledge, work ethic, and professionalism

  • Collaborate with service advisors, teammates, and management to ensure excellent customer service

  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency while contributing to a positive team culture

  • Mentor other technicians as needed

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional automotive experience preferred

  • ASE certification highly valued (but not required)

  • Strong diagnostic and leadership skills

  • Team-oriented with a positive, honest, and dependable approach

  • Valid driver’s license (clean driving record required)
