What You’ll Work On

• Drivability and diagnostic work (based on skill level)
• Electrical systems
• A/C and general repair
• Maintenance and mechanical work (as needed)
• EVs and newer platforms
• Learning from and supporting high-level techs

What You Need

• 2–5+ years experience (B-level and above)
• Solid foundation – can confidently handle most common repairs
• Interest in diagnostics and growing your skillset
• ASE certifications (or willingness to complete within 90 days)
• Team-first mindset
