Position Overview

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our fleet and commercial business through in-person, relationship-driven sales.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the automotive or fleet industry and prefers being in the field building trust face-to-face. Traditional digital outreach is no longer effective—this position is about boots-on-the-ground selling.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and visit local businesses with fleet and commercial service needs

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

  • Present maintenance and repair solutions to decision-makers

  • Manage follow-ups and sales activity independently

  • Represent the company professionally in the field

Preferred Background

  • Automotive, fleet, or commercial service experience strongly preferred

  • Previous outside sales experience a plus

  • Former automotive parts or NAPA outside sales reps encouraged to apply

  • Retired or semi-retired professionals open to part-time work welcome

Compensation

  • Commission-based compensation

  • Estimated earning range $50k–$75k+, depending on performance and sales volume
