Position Overview
We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our fleet and commercial business through in-person, relationship-driven sales.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the automotive or fleet industry and prefers being in the field building trust face-to-face. Traditional digital outreach is no longer effective—this position is about boots-on-the-ground selling.
Responsibilities

Prospect and visit local businesses with fleet and commercial service needs

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Present maintenance and repair solutions to decision-makers

Manage follow-ups and sales activity independently

Represent the company professionally in the field
Preferred Background

Automotive, fleet, or commercial service experience strongly preferred

Previous outside sales experience a plus

Former automotive parts or NAPA outside sales reps encouraged to apply
