Location: Roswell, GA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $45,000 – $75,000 annually (hourly pay)

Position Summary
Promotive is seeking a passionate B or C-Level Automotive Technician for a high-end, European (Porsche) focused repair shop in Roswell, GA. This is a rare opportunity to train alongside Porsche dealer-trained Master Techs in a modern, 12-bay facility that values quality work and technician growth. Key Responsibilities

Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on Porsche and other high-end European vehicles

Mount and balance tires, complete brake, suspension, and drivetrain work

Execute quality control checks to ensure top-tier workmanship

Use modern scan tools including Porsche TWIZ

Accurately document services via Tekmetric and DVI platforms

Communicate with teammates and service advisors to ensure smooth workflow

Stay committed to ongoing technical growth and training
Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on technician experience preferred

Porsche or other Euro vehicle experience is a huge plus

Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must demonstrate a passion for high-performance vehicles, especially Porsche

Clean, professional work habits and strong attention to detail

Willingness to commit to long-term training and development
