80–100 cars/week = steady workflow & real earning potential

Experience That Helps

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role
    (hospitality, retail, front desk, sales — it all counts)

  • Automotive knowledge is a plus (but not required — we’ll teach you)

  • Comfortable tracking:

    • KPIs (ARO, sales, conversion)

    • Following structured processes (DVI, estimates, follow-ups)
