Golden Hour Garage is hiring a sharp, process-driven Remote Service Advisor / Estimator to support independent repair shops across the country. You bring the shop experience. We bring the flexibility, structure, and growth opportunity.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Turn Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) into accurate, detailed repair estimates

  • Call warranty companies and manage approvals

  • Submit fleet estimates

  • Communicate clearly with shop teams via chat and phone

  • Follow a structured, proven estimating process

  • Move fast while keeping quality high

You won’t be chasing walk-ins.
You won’t be dealing with upset customers at the counter.
You’ll be focused on production, accuracy, and results.

What You Must Have

Tekmetric experience (non-negotiable)
Automotive repair background
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter mentality
Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
