RV Technician Needed – Great Falls, MT

Salary: $60K–$90K (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Rotating On-Call Weekends

A well-established heavy-duty repair shop in Great Falls, MT is hiring an experienced RV Technician with 5+ years of RV repair experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on RV repair experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Strong electrical knowledge (12V & 120V)

• Plumbing and water heater repair expertise

• Extensive diagnostic knowledge

• Ability to work across all areas of RVs (interior, exterior, electrical, drivetrain, suspension, etc.)

• Ethical, positive, and professional attitude

• Leadership mindset — able to mentor other techs

• Strong team player

• ASE certifications are preferred, but not required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
