Promotive is hiring a skilled A-Level Automotive Technician for a well-established shop in Renton, WA. This full-time role offers $40–$45/hr, weekly pay, 100% employer-paid medical insurance, and a supportive team culture with the owner on-site daily. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across all makes and models

  • Specialize in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs

  • Complete general repairs including electrical, suspension, brakes, and drivability issues

  • Communicate clearly with the service advisor to ensure efficient workflow

  • Follow shop procedures to maintain a clean and professional work environment

  • Utilize OEM or equivalent diagnostic tools to ensure accurate and efficient service

  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience as an automotive technician

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, including electrical systems

  • ASE certifications preferred

  • Experience with both domestic and foreign vehicles

  • Must have own tools (tool relocation assistance available)
