What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform advanced diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting
- Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, and network communication issues
- Focus on accurate root-cause analysis, not unnecessary parts replacement
- Work with lab scopes, OE diagnostic tools, and modern diagnostic equipment
- Research complex vehicle issues and develop effective repair strategies
- Tackle modern vehicle systems including ADAS, hybrid, and EV technology
- Provide technical guidance for challenging diagnostics
- Document repairs and communicate clearly using Tekmetric
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of automotive repair experience
- 5+ years of diagnostic experience
- Strong advanced electrical diagnostic skills
- Proficient with lab scopes (avid users preferred)
- Experience with OE scan tools
- Strong troubleshooting, research, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CAN networks and module communication issues
- EV or hybrid experience is a plus
- ASE certifications preferred
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
- $40–$58/hour salary + quarterly performance bonuses
